Unfortunately, all handmade products are not accepted for returns, cancellations and refunds.
Negligence on the customer’s behalf for not being detailed will not be honored.
Shipping errors associated with the mail carrier and personal theft does not warrant a refund or replacement.
Minor defect returns will be honored within 7 days of receiving the items. It is very rare that charms and items fall off so picture evidence and returning the item will be required.
